Partner WOD!  Grab a friend, grab a barbell and some running shoes, and let’s get our Saturday off to a good start!
Work Capacity: Complete the following with a partner:

  • 40x Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 95/65 lbs
  • Run 400m
  • 40x Push Press, 95/65 lbs
  • Run 400m
  • 40x KB swing, 53/35 lbs
  • Run 400m
  • 40x Pull-up
  • Run 400m
  • 40x Box Jump, 24/20 in
  • Run 400m
  • 40x Burpee
  • Run 400m
  • 40x Squat Clean, 95/65 lbs
  • Run 400m
  • *Rules: Only 1 partner can be working at a time, 1 barbell per group, only 1 partner has to run each 400m, but the last 400m is done together.
  • *If you do not have a partner, cut the reps in half, run 200M between exercises and 400M at the end.
