Like Wednesday’s 3-round sprint through some light lifting and moderate reps of gymnastics and conditioning, this one is sure to be a race to the finish line.  Drop that barbell and start pushing and jumping, don’t catch yourself taking a break on this one!

– Deadlift 185/115 lbs
– Burpee
