Chris’ quick moves on the pullup bar

Today was a long “chipper” workout that involved some high-rep movements.  The key is to keep moving and remind yourself that you only have to go through the pain of each movement for one set, then it’s off to another adventure!
The top competitors today all finished in less than 30 minutes which is to be admired on its own.  Craig bested the bunch by finishing in 17:29, while Andrea got the top female time at 23:53 (3 rope climbs).  Awesome!
Tomorrow we’ll hit another Hero WOD (our second of the week), for those who like to get a Saturday sweat on.  Let’s do this one for Sergeant Abbate.
