Well, I don’t remember everyone’s times from this morning’s WOD, and I couldn’t get in the gym to get my standard iPhone picture of the whiteboard, so… Awesome job to Matis, Craig and Heather for completing the Run/HSPU/Pistol workout and giving it your best – there were some tired soldiers in the gym this morning, that’s for sure.  I’m pretty sure Craig was victorious at around 21:00, but again, I’m an idiot without keys to my own gym.
On a more awesome note, see you tomorrow for another Saturday Hero WOD!  This one is dedicated to Chief Petty Officer Adam Brown, a Navy SEAL operator killed in Afghanistan in 2010. He is survived by his wife Kelley, his daughter Savannah and his son Nathan.
When the going gets tough tomorrow, and it will for everyone, remember the sacrifice that Chief Brown made, both on his final day and every day before that.  Then pick your head up… take a deep breath… and keep going.
