For time:
– 50 GHD Sit-ups
– 25 Power Cleans, 115/75 lbs
– Run 1 mile
CrossFit Light (7am)
With a continuously running clock, perform 1 Sit-up the first minute, 2 Sit-ups the 2nd minute, 3 Sit-ups the 3rd minute, and continue as long as you are able.
