In case you haven’t heard, before our workout tomorrow we will be completing a Functional Movement Screen, which will help identify mobility issues that can be addressed with pre- and post-workout stretches and exercises.  Will Haus and I (Ryan) will be completing the test with each person, which will take approximately 10 minutes per person.  Come out and see what you need to be working on to get more flexible and able to execute movements with extreme ranges of motion!
CrossFit (9am)
Work Capacity:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
– 1 Rope Climb
– 20 Wallballs, 20/14 lbs
– 400M Run
