Nice work on Cindy, ladies and gents!  On Tuesday we’ll get to Snatchin’ with a strength ladder followed by a longer, high-rep practice session book-ended by runs and wallballs.  Let’s do it!
Strength:  Every minute on the minute perform 3 Snatches, beginning with 45/15 lbs (guys/girls) and increasing by 20/10 lbs (guys/girls) each minute.  Stop when you can no longer perform the Snatches in the allotted minute.
Work Capacity:
2 rounds for time:
– Run 800M
– 25 Power Snatch, 75/45 lbs
– 50 Wallballs, 20/14 lbs
