Here’s a recent WOD from CrossFit.com (April 5th) that I thought looked solid for a sunny Saturday morning.  This will test your endurance, grip stamina, and work capacity all at once!
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:
– Run 800M
– 25 Thrusters, 75/45 lbs
– 400M Farmers Carry, 35/18 lb kettlebells
