Some really great performances on “Helen” yesterday, including a new gym PR of 7:41 by Matis, after a new Front Squat PR of 290 lbs! Helen is all about speed, and we’ll get some more speedwork in on Tuesday where we’ll mix runs with various gymnastics techniques, minimizing rest time as much as possible.
