Some really great performances on “Helen” yesterday, including a new gym PR of 7:41 by Matis, after a new Front Squat PR of 290 lbs! ┬áHelen is all about speed, and we’ll get some more speedwork in on Tuesday where we’ll mix runs with various gymnastics techniques, minimizing rest time as much as possible.
