Let’s get back into gymnastics mode after a strong day of Clean and Jerks on Wednesday.  We will work on holding the support position on the rings, ring dips, and finally reintroduce the Ring Pushup, which we haven’t done in a while but are a great strength developer and a way to get even more comfortable on the rings.
