Strength: 3 “1 and 1/4 Front Squats” every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes. A “1 and 1/4 Front Squat” means that you do a full-depth squat, come up a quarter of the way, go back down to the bottom, and then stand all the way up.

– 20 Turkish Get-ups, 35/18 lbs
– 40 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20″
– 800M Run with a 20/14 lb med ball
