You all made Jackie look easy, especially MP with his new gym record time of 7:02.  Not too shabby!  Now let’s get fun with Wallballs, learning how to throw with enough power to do another complete squat before catching the ball – sort of like a Wallball meets a Double-Under!

Jim either nailing some Ring Rows or showing the most uncomfortable position to get a suntan.
