CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
For each of these tests, use as much warm-up as needed, and make as many attempts as you’d like.  Let’s get it!
Strength:  Find Deadlift 1RM
Stamina:  Find max Pull-ups in one set
Endurance:  Row 1,000M for time
