This week is a “de-load” week in the Wendler strength program, hence the lack of seriously heavy weight.  Get 15 good reps in to keep the legs tuned up, and really focus on form.  The endurance WOD will challenge you to keep going for a solid 20 minutes of fun.  Get after it!

Strength:  Back Squat 5 @ 40%, 5 @ 50%, 5 @ 60%
Endurance:
As many reps as possible in 20 minutes:
– 10 Burpees
– 100M Run
– 20 Burpees
– 200M Run
– 30 Burpees
– 300M Run
– 40 Burpees
– 400M Run
– Continue the above sequence, adding 10 Burpees and 100M in running until the 20 minute time expires!
