A little format change-up starting in August – I’m going to try to post more pics on Facebook rather than embedding them in these posts.  Instead of pictures I’ll try to provide some inspirational quotes or relevant movie files to watch (technique / workout demos, etc).
Skill:  Pistol Squats
Perform 3 Snatches every 2 minutes, starting with 65/35 lbs and increasing by 10/5 lbs each 2 minute period.
The workout will last for 20 minutes.  For each 2-minute period you cannot successfully Snatch 3 reps, perform 10 Pistols.
