Will and I were admiring the number of results on the board at the end of the day – we had 22 athletes who completed Angie today – I think that might be a new CFKI record!
On a slightly less celebratory note – the actual results for a few of us, including myself – were not as strong as last time (3 months ago).  If you’re on that end-of-summer-forget-the-nutrition-plan-I’ll-have-another-beer train (again, like me), recommit yourself now to get back on track.  It’s easy to get your mojo back once you’ve had it, but it only gets harder with each passing day of weak decisions.

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
– Shoulder to Overhead, 95/65 lbs
– Box Jumpovers
