It’s LIFTING DAY, with a tough 3 sets of Overhead Squats followed by a super-manly workout that has you lift the weight to your front rack, then to your back, with a squat on either side.  Doesn’t get any more Old Spice than that.  The weight for tomorrow is approachable for most people in the gym – don’t think you have to scale it down just because you usually scale weighted workouts.  Attack it with no remorse!
Strength:  Overhead Squat 5@75%, 5@80%, 5+@85% of 1RM
30 reps of “Bear Complex” for time @ 95/65 lbs
1 rep is:
– Squat Clean (or Power Clean and Front Squat)
– Push Press
– Back Squat
– Push Press (from behind the head)
