Thanks to everyone for coming out to Kenny’s birthday WOD on Thursday!  I know he appreciated all the well-wishes and all of my fake “facts” about his life as you guys sweated through the cleans and burpee pullups!
On Friday we’ll get some solid handstand practice and then put our new skills to work in a quick (in a relative sense, compared to Thursday) workout that will test your shoulder stamina and also your capacity to keep bouncing off the floor for one more box jump!
Skillwork:  Handstands, Handstand Pushups
Work Capacity:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of the couplet:
– Handstand Pushup
– Box Jump, 30/24 in.
