Work Capacity:

– 30 Sit-ups
– 20 KB Swings, 53/35 lbs
– 10 Box Jumps
CrossFit Light (7am)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of the triplet:
– Burpee
– Box Jump / Step-up
– Sit-up
