The feedback on Tuesday’s workout started with a pre-WOD “isn’t it too cold to run out there?” to a post-WOD “that was awesome”.  Good to get that reaction – that means you all pushed hard (enough to stay warm through that frigid air) but also had fun – which is what this is all about, right?!
In other news, Matis is a wild animal that cannot be contained.  His time of 4:38 beat the next competitor (my 6:05) by more than a minute.  Nice work to everyone, especially Ryan Malvey (Claire’s BF) who got some serious work done in his first class as a new member!
Alright, back to the benchmarks again tomorrow with Barbara, an intimidating but definitely doable test of your muscular endurance on pure bodyweight movements.  DO IT.
