Bring Sally Up

… and Bring Sally Down!  On Friday we’ll have our first whack at a fun workout that has been passed around recently on the CrossFit interwebs (rumor has it, it started with the Lion King himself, Rich Froning).  It’s a physical and mental stamina tester, and the challenge is to make it all the way through the song!
Strength:
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5  or  Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5
Stamina:
“Bring Sally Up”
– Moving in a Back Squat (45/15 lbs) or Push-up, stand/push up each time the lyrics say “Bring Sally Up”, and squat/descend each time the lyrics say “Bring Sally Down”.
– For Push-ups, the bottom position (Bring Sally Down) should be 2 inches from the ground, not resting on the ground.
