CrossFit (6am, 7am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm)
Benchmark WOD: “Chelsea”
On the minute for 30 minutes, or as long as you are able:
– 5 Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups
– 15 Squats
If you can’t complete a round and you are less than 10 minutes into the workout, scale the reps down to 3/6/9, or 2/4/6.
