Chelsea

“Chelsea” is a benchmark WOD that we haven’t hit yet, because it’s almost just like “Cindy” (AMRAP of the triplet below for 20 minutes) but much less approachable.  What if you can’t get 30 rounds in 30 minutes?  Does that mean you didn’t complete the workout?  No!  If you fall behind the clock keep going for thirty minutes and see how many rounds you can complete.

Every minute for 30 minutes:
– 5 Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups
– 15 Squats
