We’re almost through all of the classic benchmark girls, just a few more to go.  Anyone notice a certain distinct one missing so far?  When is she coming?  Nobody knows.  Tomorrow is “Cindy” – cut it down and it’s a great way to warm up for 5-10 mins, make it a 20-minute workout and it’s a killer.  Score to beat is 20 rounds (Ryan Wolf, November 2012)
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
– 5 Pullups
– 10 Pushups
– 15 Squats
