If you’re not completely spent after Cindy then you just didn’t go hard enough.  This is one that you can try to pace and end up with a score you’re not happy with, because you didn’t get enough work done in the beginning when you were fresh.  So at the 3-2-1 GO, get as many rounds in as possible in the first 5 minutes, and then stay as close to that pace as possible.  Let’s do it!
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
– 5 Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups
– 15 Squats
Scores to beat:  Ryan Grantham, 27 rounds + 4 pull-ups (8/6/2013), Lori McClelland 17 rounds + 9 push-ups (4/15/2013)
