CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.1

Here it is!!  We will be completing this WOD in every scheduled class on Friday, and the 5:30 class will extend until 7:30 so that all Open competitors can complete it with an individual judge.  I’m so nervous, and excited, and nervous!
2013 CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.1
As many reps as possible in 17 minutes:
– 40 Burpees
– 30 Snatches, 75/45 lbs
– 30 Burpees
– 30 Snatches, 135/75 lbs
– 20 Burpees
– 30 Snatches, 165/100 lbs
– 10 Burpees
– As many Snatches as possible, 210/120 lbs
Open competitors:  We will note the elapsed time at the end of each of your completed sets of Snatches.  This will be used as a tiebreaker for Open scoring purposes.
