Without further ado, I give you the last workout of the 2013 CrossFit Games Open. Let’s have fun with this – it’s a 4:00 Fran as many times as you can!!
Score to beat so far is my 52 reps from Thursday morning (30 Thrusters, 22 C2B Pullups)
CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.5
As many reps as possible in 4 minutes:
– 15 Thrusters, 100/65 lbs
– 15 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
If you complete 90 reps within the 4 minutes, then you get another 4 minutes (making it an 8-minute AMRAP). If you complete 180 reps within the 8 minutes, you get another 4 minutes (making it a 12-minute AMRAP). Get it?
