I know we just got our dose of Push Presses, but rather than testing a long muscle-burning set of 30, we’ll get heavy so that 10 is a major chore.  Remember to get that weight onto your shoulders at the start of each rep so that you can aggressively jump it off and go straight overhead!
Strength:  Find 1RM Weighted Pull-up (or strict Banded Pull-up)
4 rounds for time:
– 10 Push Press, 135/95 lbs
– 5 Weighted Pull-ups
– 200M Run with 20/14-lb med ball
