Not too many takers on today’s pure conditioning WOD, so the lucky few sweated a little bit extra for the rest of you!  If I could put Matis’ 1000M row with Craig’s double-unders and Kenny’s run… well we’d be at the Games!  This was one for each person to shine a bit on their favorite metabolic exercise, and also for everyone to feel the physical and mental burn of the movement that is still a weakness.  In the end, Craig’s prowess in the Double-Unders took precedence as he pulled away from the pack at 11:40.
Strength: Deadlift 10-5-3-2-1-1-1
Work Capacity:
As many rounds/reps as possible in 15 mins:
15 Deadlifts, 155/95lbs
15 Deficit Pushups (hands on 25-lb plates)
15 Box Jumps, 24/20 in. box
