The 30-second holds in this workout do not have to be completed as a whole 30-seconds, i.e., if you can only complete a 10-second L-Sit at one time, then do 3 reps of that 10-second hold to add up to 30 seconds.
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
– 30-second Handstand hold
– 30-second Squat hold
– 30-second L-Sit hold
– 30-second Chin Over Bar hold
