We’ll get a quick warmup on this one and then dig in.  I haven’t tackled this one yet (I will today!) but I’m thinking getting under 30 minutes is a high-5-worthy feat.  Obviously the one move to practice for a bit pre-game will be the KB Ground to Overhead, and our preferred method will be a Clean and Jerk.

– 30 Burpees
– 40 Ground to Overhead, 35/18 lb Kettlebells (2)
– 50 Toes to Bar
– 100-ft Walking Lunge, 45/25-lb plate overhead
– 150-ft Run
