A couple of us have done this one from the CrossFit main site and I thought it was worth a shot in class, which is to say it’s a real blaster!  For me it was mostly a mental challenge to keep going with any sort of pace, but when I boiled it down to just completing each individual set as it’s own workout, and not looking forward to the next thing, I was able to slowly but surely wrap it up.
Work Capacity:
For time:
– 100 Double-Unders
– 5 rounds of:

  • 10 Deadlifts, 155/105 lbs
  • 10 Front Squats, 155/105 lbs
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
