Check out Heather’s great form on the Overhead Squat!

Overhead Squats and Double-Unders – two movements that give most everyone problems.  You’re pretty well off if you have mastered those guys, but they both take a huge amount of practice and patience.  Alyssa is one that is pretty locked in on both techniques, and it showed with her time of 5:00 with an OHS of 95lbs.  Good luck to Alyssa this weekend – she’s competing with a group from Salisbury.  Can’t wait to hear about it!
Skill:  Rope Climb practice (wear some long pants/socks!)
Endurance:  “Death by 10M”
– Every minute, run 10M multiplied by the minute number of the workout.  In minute 1, run 10M.  In minute 2, run 20M, etc.  Continue for as many minutes possible until you cannot complete the distance in the allotted minute.
