Everyone be careful getting to the gym, and if it’s too rough out there to drive then be creative and find somewhere around the house to practice handstands, and scale as follows:  HSPUs = Pushups,  Toes to Bar = V-Ups,  Box Jumps = Tuck Jumps
Skillwork:  Handstands
Work Capacity:
5 rounds for time:
– 10 Handstand Push-ups
– 15 Toes to Bar
– 20 Box Jumps, 24/20″
