On Friday we’ll tackle our second benchmark WOD for the week with “Diane”, a tricky couplet of heavy deadlifts and handstand pushups, a relatively advanced gymnastics movement. Whereas Cindy was a long burner but simple in technique, Diane is short and sweet but requires a bit more experience in CrossFit to be able to “Rx” it. Here we go!
