For the second day in a row we’ll go with a “fakey” 21-15-9 WOD, courtesy of Jonny Moseley and the Winter Olympics.
As an extended warmup and technique session we’ll work on the Power Snatch, where you pull the bar as high as possible during extension and catch high, rather than squatting underneath.  The key that will differentiate the beginner from the intermediate “snatcher” is not catching the bar while still in hip extension, but instead catching with hips and knees bent and ready to squat further if needed.

– 21 Double-Unders
– 15 Snatches, 115/75 lbs
– 9 Ring Dips
