This workout is the first WOD of the upcoming ESAC in Salisbury. Adam and Cam named it “The Pits” because we’ll be running through a drainage ditch in between movements – for this time through we’ll run 25M out of the gym and then run back in instead.

– Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 53/35 lb KB
– Goblet Squat, 53/35 lb KB
Run 50M with the kettlebell between movements.
