As another bit of prep for the ESAC, here’s a quick 7-minute AMRAP with a light deadlift… of course, after getting toasted with some heavy lifting beforehand!
Strength:  Find Deadlift 1RM
Work Capacity:
AMRAP in 7 minutes:
– 10 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
– 20 Sit-ups
