Today we’ll dive into Squat Clean technique again, warming up for a longer workout that will challenge your breath control and technique under duress.  Let’s get it done!
Work Capacity:
AMRAP in 25 minutes:
– Run 800M
– 25 Squat Cleans, 95/65 lbs
– 25 Burpees
