So you say your Snatch technique is down pat, huh?  Let’s do it one-handed.  And have we done Burpees lately?  I can’t remember – I think a good CrossFit trait is a bad short-term memory.
Skillwork:  Kettlebell Snatch 8-8-8-8-8
Work Capacity:
Every minute for 20 minutes:
– 12 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs
– 8 Kettlebell Snatches, 53/35 lbs
– 4 Burpees

  1. We ended up scaling this one for everyone to 9-6-3 reps, but that still was a bit too much for everyone to get a full round every minute. Tough stuff! For those that got 20 rounds, I salute you. For those that got 12 or 15, a huge high-five to you for sticking it out, as those are long rounds to repeat so quickly.
