NOTE FOR THE 6AM CLASS:  Our bathrooms are not yet in working order in the new gym, so please do not plan on using them!  This is being fixed on Monday afternoon, in time for the other classes… we hope.

– 10 Strict Ring Dips
– 15 Strict Push-ups (is there another way?)
– 30 Strict Pull-ups
