Strength: Push Press 4-4-4-4
As many rounds as possible in 20 mins:
– 4 Push Press, using last weight used in Strength WOD (up to 135/95 lbs)
– 40 Situps
– 400M Run

Good job to Matis (6 rds + 40 situps) and Craig E. (6 rds + 2 Push Press) for diving over the 6 round mark tonight! That’s 240 situps and a 1.5 mile run along with some heavy overhead lifting, all in 20 minutes, if anyone’s scoring at home.
