We’ll get some upper-body strength work done on Monday and then work that weight into a fast 20 min AMRAP.  Hope you had a great weekend, let’s get back to work!
Strength:  Push Press 4-4-4-4
Work Capacity:
As many rounds as possible in 20 mins:
– 4 Push Press, using last weight used in Strength WOD (up to 135/95 lbs)
– 40 Situps
– 400M Run
