“Touch and go” to put 2 reps together, rest 1 minute in between sets.
Work Capacity:
As many rounds as possible in 10 mins:
– 5 Deadlifts, 225/135 lbs
– 10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in.
– 15 Double-Unders
