Dana got a pullup!  That’s such a huge milestone in a CrossFit journey, congrats Dana!

After a couple days off… it’s back to Double-Under Land!  Next ESAC we dominate these things.
Strength:  Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 @ 80% of 1RM
Work Capacity:
– 4 rounds for time:
– 25 Double-Unders
– 25 Back Squats, 135/95 lbs

  1. 100 back squats in a WOD – that’s pretty damn tough. Big ups to all you crazies, notably Tracy (8:28, 45lbs, singles), Craig E (9:45 Rx), and Dana (13:25 Rx).
    New PRs in the Back Squat today by Jimmy (245lbs) and Dana (175lbs)! Huge lifts!
