CrossFit (6am, 5:30pm)
Work Capacity:
3 rounds for time:
– 50 Double-Unders
– 25 Push-ups
– 10 Overhead Lunges, 95/65 lbs
CrossFit (7am)
Strength:  10 Weighted Box Step-ups every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes
Work Capacity:
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
– 3 Box Step-ups, 3 Hang Cleans (65/35 lbs)
– 6 Box Step-ups, 6 Hang Cleans
– 9 Box Step-ups, 9 Hang Cleans
– Continue increasing 3 reps per round until 10 minutes is up!
