Adapted from a recent Crossfit.com WOD, this is a one-time through chipper that will test your ability to keep pressing through a long set. A good strategy here might be to try to break each movement into only two mini-sets.

– 20 Front Squats, 135/95lbs
– 30 Box Jumps, 30/24 in.
– 40 KB Swings, 53/35 lbs
– 50 Wallballs, 20/10 lbs
