Strength:  Work up to Overhead Squat 1RM
Strength:  Overhead Squat Ladder
Every minute, lift progressively heavier weights one time.  Weights will be chosen by each athlete, but each minute you must increase in weight.  Bars start on the ground.
ESAC 7 Men’s weights:  65, 95, 135, 155, 185, 205, 225, 245, 275, 305
ESAC 7 Women’s weights:  35, 55, 75, 85, 105, 115, 125, 135, 155, 175
