Using a % of our Front Squat 1RMs (all those new personal bests!) from Monday, we’ll work on the Squat Clean on Wednesday. Then we’ll hit one more benchmark this week, testing your strength stamina (how long can you perform a heavy lift) as well as your lung capacity! The keys to “Grace” are to stay relaxed as much as possible, concentrate on your form, and just take each rep one at a time – all of a sudden it will be all over!
