GHD situps getting too easy? Craig’s got that covered.

This one’s not a old-school benchmark, but an interesting challenge nonetheless that will test your stamina.  Hold on to that bar and keep going for all the reps in that set, or else it doesn’t count!
Strength:  15 minutes to find 1RM Clean and Jerk
Stamina:  “Gwen”
– 15-12-9 reps of Clean and Jerk
Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
