Heavy Fran

We’ll spend 20 minutes working up to a 5RM in the Thruster and Weighted Pull-up (or assisted pull-up with bands), and then use those 5RMs or the weights listed below (whichever is less) to hit Heavy Fran.  Since the loads are heavier, the rep scheme is lighter so that you can still go at a fast pace.  Let’s get it done!
Strength:  Thruster 5-5-5, then Weighted Pull-up 5-5-5
